Either complete the enquiry form below or phone Phil directly on the phone number below. We then agree when I visit to carry out the maintenance, or collect and return your bike/s, at a time convenient for you.

All non-standard service charges (standard services outlined below), for standalone or additional parts replacing, repairs and maintenance are charged at £35 per hour with a minimum charge of £20 – not including parts.
We will always provide you with an accurate quote / price prior to carrying out any additional work. If bikes need to be cleaned prior to maintenance being carried out, then the cleaning will be charged at our hourly rate on a pro-rata basis.

Basic Service & Tune-up
(service can be completed at customers home)
*£30 excluding parts

Full safety check and ride test

Drivetrain system check, adjust and lubricate

Check and adjust gears and breaks

Tyres & wheels inspection

Check all nuts and bolts for correct torque setting, including headsets
Standard Service
(collect and deliver)
*£70 excluding parts (£99 will include the full Bosch E-Bike Diagnostics and Drive System service)

Full Basic Service and

Drivetrain clean, lubricate and adjust

Replace gear cables if required

Replace brake cables and pads if required (additional labor charge for bleeding hydraulic brakes if required)

Wheel bearings checked and adjusted if required

Remove and true wheels

Headset service
Bosch Diagnostics, Firmware Updates
(service can be completed at customers home)
