  • How easy is it to ride an E-Bike?
If you can ride a bike then you can ride an E-Bike. The amount of effort needed to pedal is reduced due to the motor assistance, which provides for a more comfortable and relaxing ride.
  • How do E-Bikes work?
Electric bikes are like standard bikes with the added support of a motor and battery. The motor is activated when the rider pedals, therefore, the rider does still need to pedal but with an added boost from the motor to make the ride easier. Our Cube Touring Electric Bikes come with the choice of 4 power settings, so the rider can choose how much assistance to use. Our bikes come with sturdy German engineered components and powerful Bosch powered motors and batteries. The display unit is mounted centrally on the handlebars, which shows you your speed, which of the 4 power modes you are using and all the battery information you will need for a relaxing ride.
  • How far can I travel on an E-Bike without re-charging?
E-Bike Safari’s current fleet of Bosch powered Touring E-Bikes can travel over 100 miles without re-charging, depending on the amount of assistance you require from the battery. This will normally be plenty for day trips, but if you did go for an extremely long and challenging ride, it is possible to charge your battery on route, at a café or any other location with an electric socket.
  • How do we re-charge the battery?
You will be provided with a charger. The battery can be charged on the bike or can easily be removed from the bike and taken to a convenient place to be charged overnight.
  • What speed can an E-Bike go?
To meet the legal requirements in the UK, the motor stops assisting the power of the bike when it reaches a speed of 15.5 miles per hour.
